Ralph Roberts Saves the American Dream from Foreclosure One Home at a Time


Home owners in Macomb and Oakland County can not believe that an investor would buy their home at a huge discount and then sell it back to them at below market price with private financing in place.

Long-time real estate expert and author, Ralph Roberts is also an award-winning author and internationally recognized speaker who helps people (sometimes to disbelief) from all walks of life rescue their homes with his team of experts. With the Angel investor’s commitment, the next day was crucial for the plan to work. To bring the mortgage payments down to the Nebe’s ability, the primary mortgage and two junior liens had to be negotiated. Meanwhile, the title company was on pace to complete its searches on time.
